每次都寫些我跟小啾的吃吃喝喝,想想,應該來紀錄一下蕾蕾的用餐空間,讓新手母乳媽媽外出有個參考。
(其實蕾蕾大多都在「非正式+開放」的環境"用餐",因為媽媽已經練就手腳俐落而且處變不驚)

老實說,母乳哺餵了兩年多,真正使用所謂「育嬰室/哺乳室」的機會並不多,
除了一開始幾次很認真地會到處尋找哺乳室,或幾次撲空後瞻前顧後地用外套披風遮罩著,
到後來,寬鬆/有彈性的上衣一掀,還是照樣跟朋友談笑風生,
甚至,連左右動靜就是不動聲色用餘光掃描了.....

不過,說到底,每次外出,可以雀屏中選的餐廳,
也不外乎就是有哺乳舒適的沙發,有減少曝光機會的寬廣角落,
